1. Warranty

Architectural Film – 5 Years Warranty

• Warranty activates upon full payment.
  
  
• Included:
  
  
  • Bubble or edge peeling
    
    
  • General discoloration of material
    
    
• Not Included:
  
  
  • Accidental damage
    
    
  • Scratches
    
    
  • Discoloration due to chemical reactions
    
    
  • Stains (most stains can be removed using bleach)
    
    

Things to Look Out For:

• Avoid placing real plant pots directly on the material.
  
  
• Some essential oils can damage the material.
  
  
• Hot dishes or pans over 110°C may damage the film.
  
  
• Objects should not be dragged across the film.
  
  
• Knives should not be used directly on the film.
  
  

2. Colour & Finish Selection

• Clients must check and approve colour/finish selection.
  
  
• Any changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability).
  
  
• Epic Wraps may advise on selection but is not responsible for the final choice.
  
  

3. Silicone Works

• Any silicone work performed by Epic Wraps is not covered under the warranty.
  
  

4. Payment Terms

• Quotes below AED 5000 require 100% payment upfront.
  
  
• Quotes above AED 5000:
  
  
  • 50% down payment to confirm the project
    
    
  • 30% on delivery of materials and work commencement
    
    
  • 20% balance payment upon project completion
    
    
• Deposits are non-refundable.
  
  
• Credit card payments incur an additional 2.5% transaction fee.
  
  
• AED 500 will be charged for declined cheques.
  
  
• Delayed balance payments after project handover may void the warranty.
  
  

5. Project Scheduling & Re-Scheduling

• Re-scheduling must be requested 14 days before the installation date.
  
  
• A 25% penalty of the project value applies for late re-scheduling.
  
  
• If work is delayed or the site is not ready upon arrival, it will be considered project re-scheduling.
  
  
• A call-out fee of AED 400 applies if technicians are denied entry to the community area or apartment.
  
  

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide a clear and neat space for installation.
  
  
• Ensure any deep cleaning required is completed prior to work, as this affects warranty validity.
  
  

7. Variation & Changes

• Any variation or change request must be communicated in advance and is subject to availability and approval.
  
  

8. Force Majeure

• Epic Wraps is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, environmental factors, local or UAE government restrictions, COVID-19, or other force majeure events.
  
  

9. Validity

• This quote and these terms are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices and terms may be subject to change.
